Dana K. Michel leads all client engagements and delivery. After nearly a decade at Salesforce, supporting large institutions through periods of technological and economic change, she founded the firm to help organizations build operating models that keep pace with AI.
Her work addresses a defining shift in the current and future of work that demands modernized systems and scaling impact while people increasingly expect their work to align with purpose, agency, and long-term value.
Her clients include non-profits such as Boys & Girls Club, Children of Promise, NYC, and Harlem Commonwealth Council. She brings enterprise-level operating discipline to organizations often asked to do more with fewer resources without adding unnecessary complexity.
